Incomparable After-Sales Support
We fully understand the processes involved in woodburning including, among others, the effect high heat has on brass. As brass softens because of the heat, excessive pressure causes it to bend and eventually break. As we seek customer’s satisfaction and happiness, we will replace the pen and broken tip at no extra charge. Simply contact us and include a picture of the broken tip for immediate replacement. This is our definition of 100% Risk-Free Satisfaction Guarantee

I am new to pyrography (October 2020) and, after researching on You Tube, I purchased the TRUArt Stage 2 Kit. After talking to TRUArt, I purchased the Stage 1 Kit.
TRUArt encourages you to call with any questions which I took advantage of and was glad I did. Darya was very knowledgeable, professional and gave me good advice and tips. As a small family owned business they are concerned and interested in its customers and do give you personal attention which is rare.
The products are excellent, hold the temperature well, are easy to handle and come with plenty of accessories including nibs.
Now the results are up to me. I find the challenge is choosing the proper temperature, applying the right pressure and learning which nibs to use.
Already I have burned Christmas plaques and ornaments. The sky is the limit and being creative helps. ( I do not have any artistic ability)!
Regarding the products, I’d give both a 10. I recently ordered the Stamps and am anxious to give them a try.
Regarding customer service, I’d give it a 10. Quite frankly, what impressed me the most was their customer service.
I would recommend the purchase of TRUArt products. You will be in for a pleasant surprise.

I am new to pyrography and, after researching on You Tube and talking to TRUArt, I ordered the Stage 2 Kit first and then the Stage 1 kit. I really enjoy both types and did take the opportunity to talk to a real live person who answered on the first dial at TRUArt, which was very rewarding.
Darya answered all my questions (some maybe dumb) and gave me some really good tips. She was very down to earth, very knowledgeable and put me at ease.
I would certainly recommend TRUArt to anyone who is interested in starting out in pyrography. The main benefit was talking to someone who gave a darn and paid attention to my questions and wasn’t in a hurry to get rid of me! For me, customer service is, perhaps, the most important element in making a purchase….
As for the tools, I find them easy to operate and adjust to. The biggest challenge is having patience, finding the right temperature and applying the correct pressure for my project. It helps to ask for and follow the advice of those who have been wood burning for awhile. They share their success stories as well as their mistakes. I have no artistic abilities and didn’t know what a nib was, so you can see I really am a newbie!!
On a scale of 1 – 10 I’d give TRUArt a TEN. I would not hesitate to contact them when I need help and advice.
I hope this review is helpful.
